Refund Policy

At LuxeBuy, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that skincare is personal, and sometimes things may not go as expected. Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be in a resalable condition with all labels, seals, and tags intact.
  • Items like used products, opened jars/tubes, or damaged packaging will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened skincare products
  • Products purchased during a clearance sale
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item
  • Defective packaging or expired product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photographs or video of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at support@luxebuy.online
  2. Include your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Attach clear images or videos of the product (if applicable)
  4. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team

Please do not return any product without prior approval.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel:

  • Email support@luxebuy.online immediately with your Order ID
  • If the order has not been shipped, it will be canceled and refunded
  • Orders that are already shipped or delivered cannot be canceled

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.
